Time : 2.30pm *sharp*

Attire : PT-Kit

Notes : >>
-Please bring along your FULL UNIFORM and also ensure that all parts of your uniform is ready at least one day before. Excuses of not wearing your uniform will be ignored .
-Please bring along your own water-bottle & thermometer . It’s a COMPULSORY :D .
-Bags are to be placed inside the npcc-room 10mins before the training starts .
-Latecomers will be dealt severely with .
-If you’re unable to attend , please pass the MC/Letter to MsMa ASAP or the following day .
